Women’s Philanthropic Leadership Circle

WPLC brings together donors who are committed to empowering women in the College of Education and Human Development. The WPLC Fund supports individuals conducting research on issues that disproportionately affect women; developing curricula focused on women in society; promoting efforts to develop female leaders of all ages; and participating in service that helps women and families.

Awards

Each year WPLC grants financial awards to graduate students and a “Rising Star” pre-tenure faculty member who are committed to empowering women through their academics, research, service, and/or teaching.

The application deadline for graduate students is Sunday, March 3, 2024. Interested in applying? Please complete the 2024 WPLC Graduate Student Award Application.

Please contact Michael DallaValle at [email protected] if you have questions. The faculty Rising Star award recipient is selected by the CEHD Dean’s Office through a separate process.
